MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU
As you may be able to tell Jaydie has a slight addiction to Star Wars so for his birthday he's had it coming out of his ears; whatever my baby wants!! I also asked him what some of his 7 year old favorites are and thought you might want to know too.
Favorites: toy= star wars ship and baseball stuff
game= connect four
food= candy, cake, and cupcakes (can we say diabetic coma)
place to go= Dland, Legoland, and Oregon
ride=Screamin'
holiday= halloween (something to do with all the candy)

Catch the giddiness in his eyes.
My Lego prodigy can build ships all by himself.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JAYDIE
Oh yes, our baby is now the big 7 and to celebrate we went to Disneyland. Jaydie got to fight the dark lord Darth Vader (again) and got to go on Screamin' with Daddy (the only person he would go with). We got him a birthday button and all the employees kept saying "happy birthday, Jayden" and he would say "oh thank you." It was super cute!! And of course Jaydie's best buddy came with him to make the day complete. For these next photos I had my professional photographer Hallie along to capture the moments.

CONFESSIONS OF A HOMESCHOOL MOM
Yep, I'm a homeschool mom now!! I have been enjoying the flexibility and the fun things you can do with homeschool but I'm going to have to be real with you all; I have had 2 meltdowns. One bigger than the other. That's pretty good odds considering it's been two weeks now, huh? God is obviously teaching me patience and flexibility; hard things for this super anal girl!! Pray for me. Truly though, I am enjoying it and I think Jaydie is too. Already we've gone to Disneyland (why I started homeschool in the first place), finger painted with pudding (you know you're gonna do that too), had one of our class pets die (we could probably get another one at a whopping 28cents each), and had a taste and smell science experiment. Don't worry, I'm saving all my notes and I have lots of ideas for you when you start homeschooling.

DEATH OF THE RUBBER CHICKEN
Can I paint a little picture for ya? The twin dudes were hanging out in the front yard with Rob and when they went into the garage he thought little of it. Then he heard the car door opening and closing, along with some giggling, for about 10 minutes. He eventually went into the garage to see what was going on and this is what he found. (the picture is with his iphone, that's why it's not as awesome as my pictures) Is anyone else scared? Do any of you guys want us to watch your small pets for the weekend?

The culprits!!! Deceptively cute.
The victim.

FUN BOUNCERS GALORE
Rob's work had their annual end of summer BBQ and they just happen to have almost a million fun bounces (okay, like 7). We released the children from their harnesses (I mean seatbelts) and didn't see them the rest of the evening. It was just plain fun for the whole family.

FUNNY HOMESCHOOL
My friend Dena sent a funny homeschool song she found on you tube. I thought I would share it with you and then you will want to homeschool and we can all homeschool together. Disneyland counts for school right? Go here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VM6uqj0_jQc Here's a picture too for all you picture junkie's. Not judging, I'm the same junkie.
