SWEETIE AND MOMMA ARE THE BOMB...

I got to go see Dena and her sweet family this weekend and her newest babe Fisher!! Isn't he a doll face, muffin pie, cupcake?? (That's right, pulling out all the nicknames now) Momma and Sweetie held down the fort while I was gone and I'm soooooo thankful!! I didn't realize what a professional newborn photog I was until I took these pics. So, I know that half of our church is pregnant right now, if you pay me lots of money I would be glad to take your photos for you. You are welcome!!

COUSINS, GLORIOUS COUSINS

My boys are so enthralled with cousins; theirs and everyone else's. How is it that they can go a year and a half without seeing them and then as soon as their eyes meet they're best friends? There must be some sort of special cousin bond that is formed supernaturally. Is it in the womb or what??

SEE...

...we still play with our toys. We've had this GEO Tracks since Jaydie was two. You can tell how indestructible it is by the way the twins haven't figured out how to destroy it yet. Although they did manage to leave one of their trains out in the backyard so it could be fried to death by the sprinklers. Is battery acid bad for you?
And we still use our trampoline that we've had for like two years. Now that's a world record in our house!! I think they like it better now that they have ripped the safety net to shreds. You know, they can have way more dramatic falls that way.

We also play with things that probably shouldn't be played with, like traffic cones. You gotta give him some points for creativity on this one though, right??

HE'S GONNA BE A PASTOR

Can you please go here and watch the goodness. I dare you not to cry.

HALLOWEEN HUNKS

It hurt my heart a little that the twins weren't matching this year, but I thought it would be okay if I let them have a little bit of their own identity. I know, that was so mature of me, don't you think. Even Daddy joined in on the fun.

He's using his Jedi powers to force me to give him another Tootsie Roll.
Yenner really is a freakishly strong little boy.
Just like the pirates of yesteryear....showing his underwear. He's also sporting a Davey Crocket hat. His hair isn't really that big, but wouldn't it be cool if it was?? P.S. Leave a comment Noel.

PUMPKIN PROWESS

Our annual pumpkin gospel lesson. In response to "I scoop the mushy gushies, like God cleans out my sin." Jaydie says, "Are there seeds in our sin?" Where does he come up with this stuff?
Here is our very Biblical pirate carving. Rob did an excellent job!!
I bet you can't tell which one is mine. Is prowess a word?

COSTUME CONFUSION

Can you tell what we're gonna be for Halloween, because I sure can't. And yes, Jaydie came up with his little get up all on his own. Do you know what he's trying to pull off here??

JUST SOME STUFF

A craft idea that I "borrowed" (okay, completely ripped off) from my friend Joy. Aren't they super cute??
This dude hardly ever naps anymore and yet he fell asleep on the couch the other day. What I want to know is, what disease does he have and which one of you gave it to him?
Jaydie's fourth tooth was finally set free from the root that was binding it. Praise Jesus for all the toothless grin pictures I can get now!!

HAPPY AN-NEVADA-VERSARY!!!

Well, thanks to Jesus we are celebrating the big 1-4!! Fourteen years of wedded bliss!! That's right, we got married when we were 15, that's why we look so young even now. You can bring your gifts over whenever. Isn't this the big-fat-diamond anniversary?? Anyway, I love you Sweetie and I am soooo thankful for you...here's to 14 more!!

AND THEN THERE WAS ONE

One stubborn little fella was yanked out by Jaydie himself last night. I wonder how long it will be before its neighbor meets the same fate. Jaydie might be a hill-billy for Halloween. Only time will tell.

ADVENTURES IN BOY LAND

I have no words for this.

Seriously, could these teeth be any more ready to come out? Rob even pulled out the pliers (sterilized, of course) and still these puppies won't budge. He bumped them the other day on his bed and was bleeding from his teeth; I thought I might vomit at that point, but still they won't come out.

GOOD TIMES WITH GRAMMIE...

At the parkie.
In the yardie.
With our babyie.
Having some foodie.
Oh yeah, and this is just gross (ie).

Did I ever tell you that we end everything with an "ie"? Well, we do, and we learned it from Grammie (see, there it is again). Whether it's milkie in the morning or nigh nightie at night, we prefer to add an extra syllable to our words. Because it's fun and it makes us happy, that's why.

Sincerely,
Sweetie, Cari, Grammie, Jaydie, Nolie, and Yenner Goo (I don't know what happened here. There was a breakdown in the system.)

HOW DID THIS HAPPEN TO ME???

Here is my baby 8 year old!! What in the world? His tooth is hanging on for dear life, I don't know if you can tell. Oh the joys of being an 8 year old.
This picture is silly and a little scary.
Our little buddies met us for birthday donuts.
What was I thinking taking a picture when there's a donut in front of the child.

One of many embraces between these two.

Happy Birthday Baby!! We are so thankful for you Bub!!

THE PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED

Jaydie took this high quality photo of Momma and I. I think he may have a future in photography; what do you think?
Don't you just love how everyone is coordinating in this picture. I mean, even Grammie's purse, and we didn't even plan it. I think it was God ordained.
Although this picture isn't the best, it really captures the moment. Here they are running to embrace each utter. Believe me, the tears were already flowing here.
Jaydie made this signage for Grammie. Can you see what it says?? "Welcome to are state agian!" Isn't that so funny?? I'm still laughing about it.

At long last I've finally got something to blog about. Momma has come and we are soooo thankful. A big thank you sent out to Grampie for letting her go and Nana and Papa for dropping her off at the airport. I do want to apologize though because we are not going to be sending her back. Sorry about that.
